We are a small, family run business based in Essex.

Founded in 2004, Tim (North) and Mark (South) formed a business partnership.

We initially started shopfitting across the country, - using our skillset at the time, Mark being a qualified Gas engineer, and Tim a qualified electrician. Completing any work necessary to get premises open and running for the client. We often worked 24/7 to meet deadlines.

Soon after we assisted Hadleigh Junior School in Essex, after one of their their ceilings catastrophically fell down. The school had to close until it was safe. We responded with a solution and managed to make things safe and get the school reopened within a week.

We are now firmly involved with all types of property maintenance and refurbishment, internally and externally, and work alongside building management companies on larger projects.
